    Bosco looking for further sites in 2024....

    Following Bosco's successful recent openings in Bath and Cheltenham, ARC is retained to secure additional sites in 2024.  Bosco are now trading from 4 locations and have also introduced a fresh new concept Pizzucci which opened @ The Promenade, Bristol earlier this year.

    Bosco are looking for 3,500 sq ft whilst Pizzucci can trade from between 1,000 - 1,500 sq ft with external seating.

    ARC Retail & Leisure advised Weird Fish in 6 property acquisitions this year taking the retailer to 29 stores in the UK.  

    Following strong year on year revenue growth, ARC are now retained to acquire a further 10 stores in 2024 in high street, shopping centre's and costal towns.

    Our client Pasture is expanding new offer ‘Prime and Pasture’ into Redcliff Quarter, a major mixed use development in central Bristol comprising over 600 apartments and seven commercial units.

    With a purchase price of £1.1 million exclusive of VAT, the commercial space is arranged at ground floor, split into two units (Unit A and Unit B).
