Bosco are looking for 3,500 sq ft whilst Pizzucci can trade from between 1,000 - 1,500 sq ft with external seating.

Andy’s experience and established contact base in the retail and leisure property industry has been built up over the last 20+ years, which enables him to offer thorough and concise advise to ARC’s clients.
He advises occupiers on their growth programmes both regionally and nationally and also advises pension funds, property companies and local authorities in the leasing and asset management of shopping centres, high street shops and development sites.
Using his expert knowledge of the occupational market, Andy acts for a number of property investors in buying and selling commercial properties and mixed use developments.
On a personal note, Andy’s football days are well and truly over but he has now taken up triathlon and is hoping to complete a full ironman sometime soon.
Spencer advises pension funds, developers and local authorities on maximising returns from high street, shopping centre and mixed use properties.
Spencer's expertise covers disposals, surrenders, lease extensions and asset management. His specialist skills include leasing food stores, cinemas, food halls and other hospitality uses.
Spencer supports corporate clients in terms of operational disposals and acquisitions and he particularly enjoys helping emerging businesses grow their estates.
Outside of ARC, Spencer watches and plays football. He is also a part time taxi driver for his two children.
Anthony’s career in commercial property has focused on the retail and hospitality sectors for the last 15+ years.
Anthony primarily advises on leasing, asset management, lease extensions, rent reviews and other lease advisory matters. His expertise covers all aspects of shopping centres, high street shops and mixed use schemes. He also supports corporate occupiers on their acquisition and disposal programmes.
In his spare time Anthony is a keen runner, watcher and player of football who can be spotted at various gigs and festivals.
Alan has over 30 years’ experience of business rates and lease advisory matters. He has acted for some of the smallest businesses all the way through to the largest property funds.
Specialist skills include acting as an expert witness and providing evidence in arbitration and tribunal proceedings where the amount of rent or rates is at stake.
Alan also specialises in providing advice to owners of vacant property facing an empty rates liability.
Outside of ARC, he is an enthusiastic grower of dahlias and a reluctant hill walker.
Leigh brings all her skills as an ex school teacher to the role of Office Manager. At ARC Leigh deals with marketing and administrative tasks for the business. Her support enables the team to proactively market disposal instructions and find new sites for acquisition clients.
In her spare time Leigh enjoys cooking, Pilates and running.
