One of the longest deals in Loungers history has completed in Yeovil

On behalf of overseas investors, ARC Retail & Leisure is pleased to announce the lease of former banking premises on the High Street in Yeovil has finally crossed the line.

This corner building, comprising 11,169 sq ft over five floors, was originally let in its entirety to TSB Bank with part of the ground and first floors sub-let to Caffe Nero. It was a complex transaction involving two surrenders, two AFLs, a dilapidations claim as well as planning and licensing applications. Terms were agreed and solicitors instructed in January 2021. Loungers has recently commenced fitting out works and will open in the next few months.

For further information, contact Spencer Wilson.
