Overview
Assembly is a new 325,000 sq ft waterside office development in the heart of Bristol’s central business district. The waterfront unit sits on the lower ground floor of Building A. Building A comprises 200,000 sq ft over 13 floors and is fully occupied by BT. A further 125,000 sq ft of offices is under construction along with a new public square, all of which is scheduled for completion in 2023.
